LAS Group is a boutique property development and investment group specializing in Residential, Retail, and Commercial developments.

LAS started out in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne developing boutique residential and mixed use developments. Over the years, LAS has expanded into larger commercial projects such as the redevelopment of 99 Queen Street and 365 Lt Collins Street and 260 Apartments in River Street Hawthorn.

LAS Group has recently completed developing several major projects including the redevelopment of 206 Bourke Street, development of 295 Apartments in Sturt Street, Southbank and a high-end strata office development at 108 Power Street, Hawthorn.

LAS Group is currently developing The Summerhill Shopping Centre located at 850 Plenty Road, Reservoir. Summerhill Shopping Centre anchor tenants are Kmart, Coles and ALDI and there are 38 speciatly retail tenancies, including The Bank of Melbourne, Brumby's, Bubba's Pizza, Groove Train, Pharmacy 4 less, Forevergreen Fresh and an assortment of others
