101 Clarendon street
RESIDENTIAL / CURRENT
Securing a permit in late 2025, 101 Clarendon Street will deliver 509 apartments across 52 levels to Southbank addressing Melbourne’s undersupply of projects. With completion scheduled for 2029, the Fender Katsalidis development amenities will include a lounge private dining room, podcast room, golf simulator, co-working spaces, pet care facilities and an outdoor terrace.
38 clarke street
RESIDENTIAL / CURRENT
Due for completion in 2028, 38 Clarke Street designed by Fender Katsalidis will deliver 188 apartments across 25 levels in one of Southbank’s most coveted locations. Building amenities will have a strong appeal with a residents pool, gym, cold plunge and sauna.
HOLLYWOOD PLAZA
RETAIL / RESIDENTIAL / CURRENT
LAS Group purchased Hollywood Plaza as a long-term investment in 2022, with the view to upgrade the asset and unlock further value. The centre consists of three major retailers (Woolworths, Coles and Target), as well as 6 mini-major retailers, 80 specialty stores and a Petrol Station. LAS Group has added two PAD sites being MyCar and Red Rooster and is awaiting permit approval for over 200 apartments adjoining the centre.

The fawkner
RESIDENTIAL / COMPLETED
Completed in 2017, The Fawkner Residences is another project by LAS Group and Qualitas; the $300-million repositioning of a 19-level former office building along Melbourne’s famed St Kilda Road Boulevard.
LAS Group engaged renowned multidisciplinary practice, KPDO to create 246 luxury residential offerings boasting uninterrupted views over either Fawkner Park or Port Phillip Bay, along with exclusive amenities and gardens.

Guild Apartments is a mixed-use project that brings 317 architecturally designed apartments, retail space, and five art incubators – unique exhibition spaces that allow emerging creatives to showcase their work – to Southbank in Melbourne’s CBD.
Comprising two towers of 98 and 219 apartments across 12 and 24 levels respectively, Guild Apartments’ main market was owner-occupiers seeking out an easy lifestyle in Melbourne.

One Wellington was positioned as a multi-family build-to-rent residential project in the heart of St Kilda, one of Melbourne’s strongest-performing lifestyle suburbs that boasts St Kilda Road, Melbourne CBD, and the south-east suburbs on its doorstep.
A joint venture between LAS Group and a real estate financier, in 2021 LAS Group transferred its interests in the development to a Build to Rent Fund.
Northcote Green

Northcote Green is the redevelopment of two strata titles within the ageing Northcote Plaza shopping complex, set to be transformed into a new mixed-use town centre.
LAS Group is proposing to revitalise the asset with 5,000sqm commercial office component, residential offerings, 2,500sqm of discretionary retail, a 3,500sqm supermarket, and 6,500sqm of communal green space and community amenity to Melbourne’s sought-after inner-north.
